Lovely Homes Real Estate is a boutique, independent real estate firm in the DFW metroplex. They have an elevated, professional style and tend towards a more formal communication style. They pride themselves on being the local authority on premier real estate listings. They have a team of realtors working under one main broker.

Lovely Homes Real Estate has a newsletter that goes out once a month. They have a buyers and sellers checklist lead magnet to attract potential clients to sign-up for their newsletter. They wanted an email series to welcome potential clients to the email list, provide the lead magnet and ultimately drive more people to schedule a meeting with the team.

I created a series of 3 emails, in their brand voice, to welcome prospective clients and create clear calls to action to invite customers to schedule meetings and showings.
